What began as an innovative parking solution inside an industrial district in the heart of downtown Portland, is now the first ground-up workspace building to be built inside the industrial sanctuary. The steel framed building is a true representation of intentional structures. The long span steel frame creates open parking areas and then transforms to clear, open workspace floor plates. This allows for open and flexible layouts for creative business to grow within.
