Jimmys Big Shot is an outdoor cafe and bar located on the Costa Palmas resort on the east cape of Baja. The concept of this cafe stemmed from the site developer’s love for old school ice cream parlors and an homage to his father Jimmy. The cafe sits between a grotto pool and a handful of basketball, tennis and outdoor fields. It features a large swath of bar seating and an array of lounge seating tucked into the patio’s lush vegetation.
